Based on what you have learned about food science so far, explain how food science may cross roads with biology. You may want to start describing in your own words to a colleague the study of food science, its scope, its hybrid nature and the possible range of careers for a food scientist. Think about any opportunities for a graduate of biology to work with a food scientist, and do a little research to support your suggestion about any interaction between the two fields. Make sure to document your research by citing your references (minimum 2). Use in text citations and provide a list of references at the end of your assignment following a citation style.
