Task
Team Being Human is a dedicated group of six professionals, the main goal is to help Felix Project organization get more donations, raise awareness of charity while collecting donations. All members of Being Human will strive to achieve better results than expected in the whole project by using the project management knowledge learned in the university.
Being Human project-Primary and secondary school students are a critical demographic, What is learned in a person’s early years is the most impressive and may last a lifetime. Therefore, it became the main objective of the group to carry out charitable education activities in primary and middle school around each member and take students and their parents asa the main source of donations
This report includes X essential management products of a project:X,X,X and X, each of those are developed by the dedicated manager, who was approved by the project manager. The Annexes with explanatory charts ,tables and photos can learn more information about Being Human. Finally, there is a personal reflection from each manager at the end of the report.
Project background:
The Felix Project is a food redistribution charity set up in 2016 of London to help people who struggle to afford food to eat everyday. The charity rescues good and surplus food from the food industry that cannot be sold and would otherwise go to waste.
The aim of this teamwork is to raise money for the charity to buy food. At the same time, it is also a test of the project management ability of all members.
In order to achieve more donations, each member of the team takes responsibility for different aspects of the project such as risk, quality, communication and procurement management.
Activities description:
Because we should consider that primary and secondary school students are still in the stage of incomplete behavioral ability, carefully screening of events will be very important. Through the discussion of Risk, Communication, Quality and Project Manager, the following activities will be allowed to hold.
