Task:
You are required to develop and deliver a Project Portfolio that gives you the opportunity to apply your research and analytical skills to an area of business and management which is of interest to you and is defined in your project proposal.
Using your project proposal as a basis of your Project Portfolio, you will carry out research, analyse and interpret your findings using relevant tools and techniques, use the research findings for drawing conclusions and recommendations. This Project Portfolio will also include a self-recorded video reflection (details below)
You should at all times pay careful attention to the presentation of your work even when giving your Supervisor early drafts of your Project Portfolio. Given your time constraints you will (understandably) want to avoid wholesale revision of your work. This is not always possible. However, you can minimise the possibility of this by setting yourself high standards from the outset.
Remember that the effective communication of your work is a vital factor in determining your final assessment grade. It is important that you are able to take a critical look at your own work.

Approval of ethics submission
Evidence of your primary research, e.g. copy of your questionnaire and screenshots of responses (minimum 20 screen shots of questionnaire responses) and/or transcripts of interviews (minimum 4 interview transcripts).
Reflection in the form of a 4-6 minutes self-recorded video, where you can reflect on the process of developing the Project Portfolio and identify future developments. In this reflection video, you are not required to use Power Point Presentation. You are required to answer the following questions in your reflection
Why did you choose the topic?What interested you in this particular topic?
What theories and/or literature did you find most interesting and relevant for your research?
How did you collect the data (e.g. using questionnaire or semi-structured interview)? How many samples did you use in your research?
Were there any findings that you did not anticipate?
If you were to do the research again what would you do differently?
