Task 2 – Recruitment & Selection.
2. Research a recent job advert for your organisation.
Insert the advert within body of report and critically examine the job advert based on the AIDA criteria for job advertisements.
Be specific, comment on positives and negatives, advisory thoughts for the job advert.
*see lecture notes 6 key headings to address topic 3 R&S.
2.1 Based on your recommendations and AIDA criteria for job adverts recreate the job advert.
2.2 Taking the post advertised, write a detailed job description and person specification for this role.
2.3 Design a selection-criteria for the post to aid with the selection decision. Justify your reasoning clearly.

Task 3 – Compensation and Rewards.

4. The Covid 19 pandemic has altered the working landscape for many. Discuss this statement.

Poster presentation x 2 element (CA component 20%)
1. Provide a snapshot on the GPTW company analysed in your report (focusing on Task 1 & Task 3 material from your report) Poster 1.
2. Reflect on group’s opinion of what a GPTW is? (Agree/disagree, mixed, give reasoning) Poster 2.
3. Share your experiences of workplace both positive and negative (detail own work experiences), illustrate with examples, what is important to you as an employee now and going forward. Poster 2.
*Presentation marking scheme will be issued with presentation schedule.
Submission Dates.
Report 20% – submit Friday wk. 10.
Poster Presentation 20% wk 11 during scheduled lectures.
