I’m trying to study for my Health & Medical course and I need some help to understand this question.

Creating resistance training workouts that best utilizes time, physical needs , and preference is very important for body transformation. This discussion board will utilize what we learned in the previous lectures of Understanding Muscle Development. I am also attaching articles that help you understand Total Body vs. Body Parts training routines.
