Assessment Description
Select one respiratory medication from your drug list. Utilize the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation) to determine safe care for a client receiving medications that affect the upper and lower respiratory system. Walk through each step, explaining how you would assess the client’s condition, identify nursing diagnoses, develop a brief care plan, implement interventions, and evaluate outcomes.
Engage with at least three peers who have addressed different aspects of the nursing process, providing feedback and suggestions to enhance their care plans.
Discussion posts should be at least 200 words and responses should be between 100-150 words.
