Question#5:
a. Provide a plot of the Kaplan-Meier curve for each histologic grade. Interpret the plots to describe any evidence suggesting that patients of a particular histologic grade have a better survival experience than others.
b. Carry out a log-rank test to determine if there is a significant difference between the survival curves for the different histologic grades. What do you conclude?
c. Using the cox model, estimate the effect of each variable (except identification number, histological grade and pathologic tumor size categories) on the survival experience. Reporting both crude and adjusted hazard ratios and 95% confidence interval.
