The research needs to examine the influences of practice methods, service users, staff, organisational, cultural or community factors on program and intervention processes and/or outcomes, consistent with AASW ethical standards.
Students need to scope a project that is achievable within the available timeframe.
This assessment is designed to support students to:
• develop their skills in working independently as a newly qualifying social worker with routine supervision; and
• collaboratively design and implement a minor change project relevant to the placement organisation to enhance service delivery or address a gap in the current services as consistent with AASW ethical standards.
