Congratulations, you have completed your client task requirements of working in a small team to prepare a project report and participate in a presentation.

Identify one weakness in your intercultural interactionswhile working on the group project within your group in Assessments 1 and 2.
Analyse the weakness through self-reflection and interpretation using theories or concepts covered in the course(include academic literature to support your arguments).
Develop a detailed and actionable plan addressing your identified weaknessand how you intend to improve your inter-cultural effectiveness (include academic literature where relevant)
Include a minimum of 10 academic references.

References: add an end-text reference list (does not add to word count). Include a minimum of 10 academic referencesfrom the course. References should be cited along the document to support your claims.
Referencing: Correct use of RMIT Harvard to an external site. Referencing style.
Academic writing: Correct use of grammar, punctuation, spelling, and the TEELparagraph

Section 1: Introduction
