Assessment Description
Discuss the application of the nursing process for a client diagnosed with schizophrenia. Include assessment, nursing diagnosis, expected outcomes, planning and implementing care, and how you would evaluate outcomes.
Post three different responses to classmates.
Discussion posts should be at least 200 words, and each response should be 100-150 words.
