Resources available to assist the patient and/or family or caregiver. National or local resources to provide nutritional guidance.
Describe at least three expected patient outcomes from following the nutritional plan of care.

The presentation will have 5-7 slides, excluding title and reference.
Grammar, spelling, punctuation, references, and citations are consistent with formal academic writing and APA format as expressed in the 7th edition.
Include at least two current (within the past 5 years) scholarly resources. References may include scholarly websites of organizations or government agencies and must be presented using APA format for electronic media.
