- Consider the importance of why you are completing a reflection cycle.
- Recount and evaluate your experiences, which could emphasis your skillset.
- You need to explore your strengths and qualities and consider how you could improve your skills. For example, you could explore different training opportunities that could enhance your current skill set.
- You need to ensure you are using relevant literature as reference sources. You are recommended to use journal articles.
- Analysis of your skills and provide recommendations on how you could utilise your learning style to enhance your skills.

recommendations on different coping strategies.
