You are required to produce an individual case study analysing the application of Building a Sustainable Organisation, focusing on an organisation of your choice.

Your report should:

• Introduce the organisation and justify why it represents a relevant and appropriate case for analysing organisational sustainability.

• Critically analyse how the organisation addresses sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in relation to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UN SDGs), including an evaluation of the authenticity of initiatives and potential risks of greenwashing.

• Examine the organisation’s approach to resilience, crisis management, and business continuity, and critically link these practices to sustainability and wider organisational strategy.

• Apply relevant academic theories, models, and frameworks from the module to support and structure your analysis.

• Demonstrate engagement with academic literature, alongside at least one organisational source (e.g. sustainability report, annual report, or official corporate disclosures).

• Provide a conclusion that synthesises key findings and offers practical, evidence-based recommendations for improving organisational sustainability and resilience.
