Task Three Description
You will provide a video presentation of yourself, introducing and explaining your professional plan and referring to your PowerPoint that demonstrates your knowledge and presentation skills (and importantly) your leadership.
You will present as if you are presenting to professional colleagues.
You will introduce, contextualise, and justify your plan so that your audience clearly understands why this implementation of trauma-aware education is important for their professional context/s. You will also explain when and how the aspects of your plan will be implemented.
Try not to just read from your written plan. Rather, refer to you slides and speak as if you are addressing a room of colleagues.
Aim for your presentation to be informative, engaging, and convincing.
Using ZOOM (or similar), record your presentation.
Make sure you record your ZOOM session.
Download your recorded video and save it as an MP4 file.
Upload your video file to Canvas.

10 to 15 minutes (equivalent to 1200 words)

Task Two Description
You will develop a PowerPoint presentation that clearly explains your implementation plan outlined in Task One. This presentation will be used when you complete Task Three (video presentation).
Length
Approximately10 – 15 slides(equivalent to 800 words). This does not mean you need 800 words in your presentation – rather this means that this task has equivalency to a written task of approximately 800 words.

Task One Description
You will develop a professional (implementation) plan for trauma- aware education for an early childhood education and care or schooling context that is relevant to your professional practice or leadership role.
This task is designed to be very practical.This is an authentic assessment because it is hoped that the resources you develop during your assessment for this unit will be used in the real world – as you lead and implement trauma-aware education work in your professional context.
Length
Professional Plan:2000 words+/-10% (word length excludes in-text referencing and excludes your reference list and any appendices).
Learning outcomes measured
Demonstrate a body of knowledge including recent developments in the field of trauma-aware education (CLO 1.1).
Use cognitive and critical reflection skills to demonstrate mastery of theoretical knowledge and professional practice or scholarship in the field of trauma-aware education (CLO 2.1).
