Discuss the Big Five personality model and the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator considering the following issues. (25 points) (A 1½-page response is required.)
1. Compare and contrast the Big Five personality model with the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, giving a detailed description of the five (5) components that comprise Big Five personality model and the four (4) components that comprise the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator.
2. Describe one (1) benefit and one (1) shortcoming of each of these two (2) personality measures.
3. If you were interested in using a personality measure to increase the level of cooperation in your team, which of these measures would you choose and why?
