How are basic science and technology principles applied and controlled and why?  

Write a two page assessment of your thoughts. You will be assessed on depth, thoughtfulness, and accuracy. 

2nd assignment 

DBP: Informative Flyer/Handbill

Create an informative final-version flyer (handbill) that advertises advantages and disadvantages as they relate to social, ethical or legal issues of genetic modification of food (or a specific type of food). 

You will be assessed on the depth, accuracy, and detail of your work.

3rd assignment 

GG: Create Visual Diagram

Create a visual diagram that expresses the many aspects of biotechnology. In this diagram, express how various aspects of biotechnology develop and inter-relate. 

You will be assessed on the professionalism, depth, accuracy, and detail of your diagram. Remember to cite your sources.

4th assignment 

RES: Genetic Food Modification

Write a three (3) page report using APA writing style to explain a specific type of genetic food modification and its effects.  

The course textbook describes biotechnology and genetic food modification. Use the course textbook and a minimum of two (2) other references for a total of three (3) references.
