You are the department manager of an organization that utilizes teams and needs to conduct evaluations of each employee based on how they are performing within the team environment. Design an evaluation process that addresses each of the elements listed below.
- Identify and describe the major categories and applications of group-administered tests of cognitive abilities.
- Which type of group-administered test will you use in order to evaluate each employee? What is your reasoning for your selection?
- What common characteristics of a group-administered test exist with your test selection?
- How will this test help you in evaluating each employee?
- Compare structured and unstructured clinical interviewing techniques, and explain which type of interview you will use with each employee.
- List examples of questions you will ask during the interview process.
- How will this type of interview add value to your overall evaluation of each employee?
