- Identify and describe the major categories and applications of group-administered tests of cognitive abilities.
- Which type of group-administered test will you use in order to evaluate each employee? What is your reasoning for your selection?
- What common characteristics of a group-administered test exist with your test selection?
- How will this test help you in evaluating each employee?
- Compare structured and unstructured clinical interviewing techniques, and explain which type of interview you will use with each employee.
- List examples of questions you will ask during the interview process.
- How will this type of interview add value to your overall evaluation of each employee?
