By now you should have begun working on Assignment 2: Situation Analysis that is due Week 10. You should have already selected your business and completed the 1. Customers and 2. Company sections in the Assignment 2: Situation Analysis Template.
If you have not done so, read the Week 10 Situation Analysis assignment and rubric in the Course Guide.
Download the Assignment 2: Situation Analysis Template [DOCX] to your computer and Save As using the following identifier: LastName_FirstName_Week10_Assignment 2.
This week, we will focus on the 3. Collaborator, 4. Competitors, and 5. Recommendations sections of the assignment template. These sections deals with what the company/brand needs to become.
For additional help with these sections of the assignment 2 template, review chapters 16 and 17 in your textbook:
Collaborators
Define the business partnerships.
Discuss the company/brand’s current partnerships. Create a new partnership you think may be a good for the business/brand to undertake and discuss why you suggest this partnership.
Competitors
Who are the main competitors?
Label and discuss the top three competitors and why you consider them a competitor.
Recommendations
Based upon the analysis you just completed in this worksheet, what are three key recommendations that you could pass along to management regarding the future direction of the company you selected?
Discuss why you have created these strategies and why you think they should be undertaken and work for the business.
