You need more overall content on CF in the literature review. Start with a few paragraphs on the symptoms and prevalence of CF, also include a section on epidemiology. What is the life expectancy of a CF patient? What are the current treatments beside the ones already mentioned in this review like maintenance treatments ..etc ? You can probably expand and include this content in 3-4 additional pages at least.
