Write an autobiography on days one through three. This autobiography should summarize the high points/low points of your life from birth to date. This is meant to be a thoughtful telling of your life story. The life narrative should be about 1½ pages single-spaced. On day four, reflect on the theme of your narrative. Is it a tragedy, romance, comedy, heroic quest, adventure, soap opera, song that never ends? I’ve had people describe their life as a mockumentary, romantic comedy, fairy tale, family sitcom, dramady (dramatic comedy), and a serialized reality show. You might have other metaphors or find one of these to fit your life. On day five, write (in just a few sentences) your biggest lessons in writing this autobiographical narrative.
