TASK
The first assessment will showcase your ability to examine a change in an organisation. You will use your critical analysis skills on your chosen company preferably your workplace and explore how the organisation responded to a particular change scenario.
Minimum four scholarly references required for this assignment.
COVID-19 has resulted in making changes in most organisations. Prepare a maximum of a 10-minute video presentation from your experiences of change at the workplace due to COVID-19. Discuss the following in your presentation:

- What was the change and how was it implemented?
- Was the change accepted among the stakeholders? Provide some insights.
- Was it an effective change? How? If the change was not effective, then could you think of an innovative solution that could have resulted in a better outcome?
- Does your organisation have values that facilitate change? Discuss.
- Were there any ethical concerns around the change?
Prepare a video or voice presentation supported by PowerPoint slides no longer than 10-minutes in duration. Support your argument with four recent academic and professional sources of information.
Create a maximum of eight slides in the following manner:
- a title slide
- up to six slides for the three questions, and
- a final slide that has a list of references to support your argument
