From the perspective of Industrial Organizational Psychology (60 pt. max)

3. What are the names of the principle leaders of your chosen organization? (2 pts)

4. How would you categorize the leadership style of the principle organizational leadership?  In what position do the leaders serve? (CEO, COO, Executive Director, etc)   (3pts)

5. What evidence is there that supports your chosen leadership style? (5pts)

6. Would you categorize this organization or leader as a success or failure? (5pts)

7. What evidence is there to support your categorization of this organization or leader as a success or failure? (5pts)

8. What principles of the code of ethics are germane to the performance or your organization?  Identify each principle and explain why you selected those principles. (10pts)

9. What standards of behavior are being followed or violated by the leadership of your organization?  Identify each standard by name and code number? Explain why you selected those standards.  Give examples from performance levels of the organization to support your answers. (10 pts)

10. From the perspective of an IO psychologist what kind of service or consultancy could you offer this organization?  What principles and standards of the code of ethics inform and support the area of service you would offer this organizations?  Give an example of the consultancy service you would offer.  Identify the level of organizational employees that would be impacted by your services and identify how they would be impacted by your consultancy services.  (15 pts)
