Read through the Essay #1 assignment, carefully.
There are two due dates associated with this assignment:
– Friday, January 7: Submit your thesis statement (See the separate submission link for this, under the category “Small Assignments and Participation.”)
– Thursday, January 13: Submit your final draft of Essay #1, here. Make sure that your essay is formatted as a Word document or a PDF, and make sure that it meets all the requirements listed on the assignment sheet (including a Works Cited page for the story or stories you are analyzing).
