Construct a letter to your legislator of the upcoming bill
Make sure you identify the bill number and whether you are for or against it in the first paragraph.
Keep the letter short—one page is best—and sign it with your name, credentials (e.g., LVN/LPN, RN, APRN), and address.
Make sure you clearly indicate if you are for or against the bill with evidence supporting your position.
