Liquid HR Co is a Melbourne based company with headquarters in Melbourne. Liquid HR provides a wide range of administrative services for effective management of employees. In particular, Liquid HR delivers online services for handling:

Liquid HR Co already using a Microsoft Azure-based SaaS human resource management platform, and they want to enhance the platform with additional reporting functionality, new features, and support for different subscription types. The current software solution allows the company to combine and streamline all HR management, reporting, and related activities. However, some of these tasks, particularly payroll management, are accomplished with the help of third-party solutions, and Liquid HR Co wants to change that.
The challenge
Liquid HR Co decided to improve their current SaaS platform for human resources management and introduce a new set of social security forms. The new component should suppose to include:
Custom reporting functionality
Support for new subscription types
Numerous performance improvements
The company’s main goal is to move away from using a third-party payroll management service and implement the needed functionality within their existing HR management platform.
Liquid HR Co is determined to build the new payroll feature using AngularJS. Therefore, they selected your team of developers with your expertise in creating ASP.NET solutions by considering your strong skills in AngularJS and ASP.NET development.
As Liquid HR Co’s platform is cloud-based, other required competencies included knowledge of ASP.NET MVC tools, MS SQL, and Microsoft Azure.
More requirements are to be elicited from the client through weekly meetings with the Liquid HR Co liaison. For the purposes of this assignment, your lecturer will act as the Liquid HR Co liaison.
