Below is what is the direction I’d like to go for my Capstone. Please let me know what you need you accomplish this section
Currently, I work for a health plan, and for the past 5 years we have
taken employee engagement surveys to see where we are as an
organization. Although we score in the 90th percentile, there are still
areas of opportunity that we need to work on, as the same topics
continue to resurface causing us to not rank even higher. I have chosen
experimental learning as my capstone project and I have chosen to write
on employee engagement and how it relates to Diversity, Equity and
Inclusion.
