Locate your state’s constitution and examine the major elements and articles of the constitution.

Review its contents and functions. Search for information about the branches of government and the funding sources for your state Government.

• How are the main components of government set up by your state’s constitution; what are the branches of government? Identify by name and title at least two elected/appointed officials of each branch.
