Be sure to label which documentation style you are using and include the appropriate bibliography entry as the source will appear on your works cited, reference, or bibliography page. It must be at least 250 APA format too. Finally, here is what i have so far and just need to complete the rest. Please use attached document as an example of what need to be done.
