What am I required to do in this assignment?

This assignment is based on the real-world business that you have for assignment 1. Indeed, this assignment builds upon initial solution proposed in Assignment 1 to develop a comprehensive project plan that includes time management, project documentation, stakeholder management, risk management and resource management plan. Assignment Task:

Objective:

Develop a comprehensive project management plan for conducting a feasibility study to determine the optimal site for Al Ghurair’s new development. You will use the project management tools and techniques discussed in class.
For this assignment, you are required to produce an individual report detailing the comprehensive project delivery process. This report should cover all critical aspects of project management as mentioned below, followed by a reflective report discussing the lessons learned throughout the project.

Project Parameters:

Time Frame: The project should span 6 months, with a flexibility of plus or minus 3 weeks.
Budget: The budget for the project is £3,000, with a tolerance of plus or minus £500.
