When this project is finished, the student will:
- Show that you understand how to provide an older adult with accurate and safe patient-centered care in a hospital setting.
- Show that you have a basic awareness of the standards for evidence-based nursing practice and how they relate to the nursing process.
- Utilize the nursing approach to create a secure and unique postoperative care plan for the surgical patient.
Your understanding of the nursing process, a nursing lab skill, and assessment will all be incorporated into this project. You’ll create a paper that incorporates a situation into the nursing process.
