Reflect on two skills you have developed well during your foundation year. You should use Gibbs’ reflective cycle to structure your reflections.
Base each paragraph on one specific event when each skill was used.
Use your formal and informal feedback on assignments, presentations and general behaviour. Incorporate at least one source with a citation in your analysis.
Provide specific strategies that you will use to develop and improve your skill.
