As a case manager it is important to act whenever safety issues are a concern.

To do this effectively you need to understand the signs that suggest a person is

experiencing different types of crisis situations. Complete the table below outlining signs that suggest a person is experiencing a safety issue/crisis. The first one has beencompleted for you. Minimum of five indicators per issue.
