A psychologist is interested in predicting a wife’s education level (wifeduc, dependent variable) based on the husband’s education level (husbeduc, independent variable). Create a model of the relationship using a linear regression equation for predicting the wife’s education level from the husband’s education using the appropriate variables in the gss.sav data set. Use the SPSS output to answer the following questions:
What is the linear equation that models the situation?
Based on the regression equation, what level of education does the model forecast for the wife when the husband has 14 years of education? Do not round off the value.
How much of the total variance is accounted for with the equation?
In addition, complete the following tasks:

Create a scatterplot, and include the line of best fit for the data. Define the line of best fit.
