Maryland v. Garrison
Review the United States Supreme Court decision in Maryland v. Garrison, 480 U.S. 79 (1987). After reviewing that decision, write an original post that analyzes the following factual scenario:
A warrant specifies a search for Marijuana and other drugs in the second-floor dwelling of a yellow and red house located at 315 Anderson Street in the City of Lynchburg, Virginia. When the police arrive, they see that the house’s second floor is divided into two separate apartments, one marked “A” and one marked “B.” The police search both apartments and find Marijuana in both.
