- Identify and describe the selected criminal justice organization that is currently undergoing organizational issues.
- Describe at least 3 organizational issues the organization is experiencing.
- Discuss how the organizational issues and challenges affect the structure and systems of the organization.
- Explain how the organization has addressed cultural and gender challenges at the leadership level.
- Apply organizational behavior leadership philosophies and practices to provide at least one recommendation on how to prevent and/or mitigate each identified issue.
