• Can anyone describe what the product or service is and how it works?
• Who is the target audience and what is the problem that is being solved?
• Is this a good opportunity? why?
• Are there any contextual factors that lead you to believe that this is a good opportunity?
• How is the product unique or different from the competition and other alternatives?
• How does the company plan to make money?
• Do the skills of the team match the needs of the business?
• What resources are required to launch the business?
• What did you think of how the information will be communicated?
