Apply the selected health promotion model. • Describe the selected health-promotion model. • Describe the selected population and explain why the model is well-suited for the population. • Identify and describe two potential barriers to health promotion related to the population. • Based on the selected health-promotion model, identify two strategies that can be implemented by the MSN-prepared nurses to promote health. 6.
