London North West Healthcare (LNWH) Charity supports its local community by
providing healthcare services to London North West University Healthcare NHS
Trust staff. Operating across Brent, Ealing, and Harrow in North West London, the
charity plays a vital role in delivering healthcare initiatives.
As an external consultant, your role is to assess how shifts in the external
environment influence LNWH Charity and its services. Your analysis should
consider economic and political factors impacting service delivery.
You are required to write a 2000-word report. Marks will be awarded based on
the following criteria:
• Introduce the report’s purpose, provide background on the case study
organisation, and outline its structure (20 marks)
• Select two economic and two political factors and analyse their impact on
LNWH Charity and its services within the external environment. Provide one
recommendation for the economic factors and one for the political factors
to enhance the organisation’s resilience (50 marks):
• Use of case study evidence, research analysis, synthesis, and evaluation to
support discussions (20 marks).
• Demonstrate professionalism in academic writing with precise, formal
language. Apply Harvard-style of referencing for in-text citations and the
final reference list (10 marks):
All cited literature must be referenced, with a complete reference list included.
The report should incorporate rigorous academic research and integrate Harvard- style referencing throughout the discussion and recommendations.
