Share with us what you learned about yourself, how your personal relationship choices fit a pattern, the kind of relationship that is most comfortable for you, and any ideal changes you might wish to make to gain an even better sense of well-being (For example, suppose you have a dismissing-avoidant tendency, a preoccupied tendency, or a fearful-avoidant tendency. Are you comfortable with it or would prefer to address it and make positive changes in your well-being? The same if you have a secure tendency. Can you imagine any changes that might possibly increase your present well-being? How might it be possible to go about making any such changes in your relationship structures?
