This week, you will integrate several core areas (technology risk, compliance audit, and privacy) to highlight and support your plans to provide a cost-effective, integrated solution and present the same to the executive leadership of the case study organization.
Be sure your presentation consolidates the organization's diverse needs and devise a solution that leverages theory, frameworks, and models to achieve a practical solution for an integrated approach. You can choose to use a Kaltura recording or PowerPoint with audio voiceover for this assignment.
In this integrated approach, the following key items should be considered and factored into your presentation:
The presence of diverse pressures on creating a comprehensive risk response for your organization. The responsibility the organization has to all stakeholders, including employees, owners, suppliers, and customers. The pressures of compliance and support and the need for effective solutions made possible through extensive audit processes. Include the anticipated changes related to privacy and the need to overcome internal and external human risks relating to cybersecurity. Include the process of mapping as one of the multiple techniques to achieve success. The information should be presented using original images and tables and following the best practice of restricting the number of words on the slides. The focus should be on clarity and assume that part of your audience will be attending remotely using a cell phone or tablet device.
Length: 13 -slide PowerPoint with notes (200-350 words per slide), not including title and reference slides. In-text citations should be placed on the slides that align with the quality reference of the reference slide.
