In this assignment, you will use your scaffolded assignments to create an Evidence-Based project Proposal. 

Your paper must include an Abstract and Table of Contents. Your goal is to translate evidence into practice and achieve the desired outcomes outlined in your project proposal.

 Submission Instructions:

·        The paper is to be clear and concise and students will lose points for improper grammar, punctuation and misspelling.

·        The paper should be formatted per current APA and 15-28 pages in length, excluding the title, abstract, and references page. Incorporate a minimum of 15 current (published within the last four years) scholarly journal articles or primary legal sources (statutes, court opinions) within your work.

·        This assignment will be assessed through Turnitin.

  • All paragraphs must have 5 sentences.
  • All references must have “doi” if applicable.
  • All references must be cited in the body.
  • No AI detectable, no plagiarism, Turnitin similarity report must be less than 5%.
