There are three questions and each question should be 950 words.
Here are questions:
1. “The 2021 Version of the World Anti-Doping Code makes some significant changes to the previous version. However, the core features of the Code remain, meaning that it still goes beyond what is necessary in order to secure sporting integrity”.
Critically discuss this statement with reference to the WADA Code and to relevant caselaw, regulations and legislation.
2. “Given the scope of the principles of movement and competition law, the relationship between EU Law and sport is complex. Cases such as Bosman highlight how EU law can intervene when fundamental principles are breached. Although, the relationship between EU law and sport has been clarified with cases such as Meca-Medina”. Critically discuss this statement with reference to relevant caselaw, regulations and legislation.
3. Following the abandonment of the Super League proposals, a group of fans called “Free Access for All Matches” have asked the UK Government to ensure that all Premier League matches are shown on free-to-air television. The Premier League are startled by this suggestion as this would severely compromise the way in which they have sold TV rights since the formation of the League in 1992 and how may sell the rights in the future.
You have been asked to advise these supporters on whether this would be a positive development for the Premier League, or whether the Premier League should consider alternative models for selling TV rights, including adopting a club-by-club approach.
Please use published academic references.
Each question should include 4-5 references.
I would like to recommend using the journals from Sports Lawyers Journal, International Sports Law Review, Sport & the Law Journal and Entertainment Sports Law Journal.
You can also use some sources from (CAS)

and WADA website.
Thank you.
