You are to provide a reflective article which investigates how creating an inclusive working culture which encourages belonging can support improvements based on one of the following scenarios:

• Increasing Innovation and creativity in multicultural teams
• Increased performance and commitment
• Building a supportive environment for all to thrive

Guidelines

This assignment should be submitted on Monday of Week 8 no later than at 13:00.
The 750 word (+/- 10%) article should be based around your learning on the module to date as well as your own experience as a Line Manager and should be supported by a bibliography which details the academic literature and secondary data sources you used in preparing the article.

The Bibliography is not included in the word count. Please make sure that you correctly cite and reference all secondary sources you use, and include a reference list. The reference list will not be included in your final word
