You will contribute to this log throughout the semester. The first column lists all of the CTC elements. The second column is where you will document examples of how your clinical educator meets the elements of the CTC. This should prompt you with lots of examples of how you, too, can meet all of the CTC elements by the end of the semester. The third column is where you will document examples of how you have met the elements of the CTC. Attached is the ctc log and lesson plans to help you feel out the paper.
