Students will be comparing deficiencies among multiple hospitals and analyzing the data via a database program. Data will be presented in MS Access for manipulation into an Access Report which will then require final screenshot submission via a Word Document. Students will then create a Data Dictionary for all columns as identified for the report created in Activity #1. The data dictionary must be submitted via an Excel Spreadsheet.
