You will be developing and designing an Employee Handbook for an imaginary hospitality industry business. The handbook will be comprised of company policies and procedures to ensure a positive work environment. This project will help you to understand the importance of clearly defined HR policies to manage business operations which will lead to engaged employees and happy guests.
