You briefed your team’s Requirements Assessment Report to your Program Manager, and he approved it with direction to also brief it to the HSS Project Sponsor and the undersecretary who subsequently also approved it. Having gained approval from your key primary stakeholders, you are now set to use the information gathered in your Requirements Assessment Report to begin writing the Requirements Management Plan for the HSS project of standardizing the project management and EVM processes for the undersecretary.
Carefully read all of the explanatory notes (the text in red font) provided in the Requirements Management Plan Template. Start completing your Requirements Management Plan by entering the initial Version History information and also completing the Introduction section titled “Purpose of the Requirements Management Plan”.
