You have been asked to develop a proposal for a comprehensive Training Program for the organization to present to senior management. Justify the value of this program by including the following elements:
Discussion of the types of company policies that would positively impact quality improvement and customer satisfaction
Create a Training Program that covers these elements:
· New employee orientation,
· Safety training for all employees including a Disaster Plan .
· Discussion of how you would meet the current and future needs of the organization when developing employee training and development
Confidentiality of employee information and compliance with HIPAA for patient information;
Code of conduct; including constructive discipline procedures;
Identify benchmarks or ‘best practices’ that a manager or supervisor utilize to try to ensure employee satisfaction and retention; and
How would you determine effective staffing levels and what benchmarks would you use for productivity?
