Description:
This course is an analysis of the determinants of the level of national income, employment, production and productivity, and price level determination. Topics include the effects of economic policy instruments and decisions on aggregate economic performance goals and the role of fiscal and monetary policy in promoting stability, investment, and growth. This course builds upon the basic concepts of macroeconomics and uses economic models to analyze business scenarios and current events.
