The purpose of this assignment is to provide you with an opportunity to reflect on what you have learned this past semester about how you lead and influence others and the implications this has for your development as a leader. Specifically, you are asked to: 1. Identify 3 experiences that impacted you the most with regards to your leadership development during the program; 2. Analyze each experience relative to your own leadership using 2-3 course concepts, 3. Identify what you have learned from these experiences and will carry forward in your work after the degree, 4. Articulate your professional growth plan, meaning, how you will “reach your potential” as an entrepreneurial leader? How will you further develop your edges, blind spots, and developmental areas so that you are a more effective entrepreneurial leader? This growth plan should be at least a full page.
